Cast of Characters

There is a recurring cast of characters that show up on the blog. Here’s a brief description of who they are:

Undergrad Characters
Jimbo - Former roommate. Thinks many of the same things as me, but refuses to acknowledge this in public. I think he’s ashamed of me. Also a hotshot lawyer.
Cobra - Former roommate. We used to spend many nights alone in his room with the lights off…watching Buffy and Angel. We’ve been to both the proverbial and literal hell and back together.
Catalina - Token girl of the group. Been known to enjoy trashy reality TV from time to time. Also a hotshot lawyer. Sometimes has lawyer conversations with Jimbo that nobody else understands.
Stephe - Former roommate who I lived with the longest. Combined with Jimbo, Cobra, Catalina, and myself, we have set various records for longest and most useless e-mail chain conversations ever.

MBA Characters
Pussycats - Also known as my MBA Mom. I ask her questions. She gives me motherly advice.
Marty - Interned with him during the summer of my MBA. Also played a season of ball hockey together. Shares my passion for baseball.
Maritimes - Loyal reader of the blog. Has a locker near mine. Speaks with an accent that sorta comes and goes. I rather enjoy it.

Characters From Back Home
Sean - Childhood friend. Has the prestige of being the only person who goes by his actual name on the blog. We enjoy the absurdity of people/things/situations.
Hecto - Childhood friend. Has extraordinary ability to make cursing and crude language sound like poetry. Enjoys objectifying women.
G-Unit - Former co-worker. We used to quote Family Guy everyday at work. Provides expert analysis on The Bachelor/ette/Pad.
Mrs. G-Unit - G-Unit's wife.  Watches the show with G-Unit.  Also provides expert analysis on Bachelor/ette/Pad.  A happy couple is one that watches ridiculous TV together, apparently.
Lam - Childhood friend. Subject of the greatest YouTube video of all time.
Mysteries - Feisty Italian from my dodgeball and softball teams.  We playing shortstop and third base together on our softball team, and as a result, the left side of the infield became known as "International Corner".
The Dings - Mysteries' husband.  Together, they will be occasionally referred to as The Tramandous Couple.
Betty - My mom, AKA the best mom ever. May or may not become jealous if she finds out that I have been going to Pussycats for motherly advice.
